The resole of your GNL shoes is very simple.
Send us your shoes to be resoled. After you complete your purchase, send us your shoes to the address below along with a copy of the order confirmation you received via email. We'll take care of the rest and you'll get your like-new shoe back in about two weeks. We will additionally pack a new pair of insoles.

Note: You are responsible for organizing and paying for the shipping of your shoes to us at the showroom. We will organize and pay for the return shipping.
You can also bring them in person. Also, if you would like to pick them up when they are ready, please select the pickup option at checkout.
Current Information:
Unfortunately, we had to raise the prices for our Resole program some time ago. The reason for this is that the cost of the shoemaker has increased.
In order to be completely transparent, we would like to disclose the cost of the Resole program and show that GNL Footwear does not make a profit from it. What we care about is that GNL footwear can be worn as long as possible with the best comfort.
