Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we hope that the product you purchase meets your expectations. If you have changed your mind about the products you ordered from GNL, you can return the products to us within 30 days of the original invoice date for an exchange or refund. We offer free exchanges and returns worldwide. Please follow the exchange and return process at the link below. You also have the option to return or exchange the item(s) in our showroom. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, Legends Models and the category "new soles".

Please note that the exchange of goods or the refund of the value of the goods is only possible if the goods in its original condition, i.e. undamaged, clean and in its original packaging.
